That's why we use only the best ingredients-including San Marzano Valley tomatoes for our sauce, imported Italian flour for our crust, and buffalo blend mozzarella with carefully selected aged cheeses, grated in-house. Our slow proofed 100-hour dough features the perfect crisp, chew and flavor.

WASTE ADDS UP. With our environmental impact in mind, Giano Pizzeria does not utilize non-compostable or environmentally hazardous materials such as Styrofoam or plastics. Everything from our straws to our utensils is made of plant oil, sugarcane or organic biodegradable materials.
